My boiler went down on December 28, 2022. I tried to call 7 separate businesses that morning. I left messages for 3 that never returned my call. 3 businesses said they could send someone out in 5 to 6 days. Only Simply Mechanical answered my phone call (a super friendly lady) and understood the necessity of providing some assistance. They scheduled an appointment for 2:00 PM, the serviceman was actually early and wanted to know if it was ok (never have I had a repair show up early), his name was Caryl. I explained to Caryl the problem and the fault code on the boiler. Caryl started right to work and ordered the parts and repaired the problem. Caryl was super prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again if the need arises.

Our experience with Simply Mechanical began with Cassidy in the office. So professional, efficient, and friendly. She listened about our boiler problem and set an appointment right away. Carl showed up (early I might add) and diagnosed the problem right away as an ignition fault with our boiler, got the parts, and made the repair quickly and efficiently! Carl is also very friendly. The cost was reasonable. We will use this company for our HVAC system from now on!

Excellent experience with Simply Mechanical! Called in and Cassidy scheduled us for next-day maintenance/check-up on our older furnace. Was notified as soon as Jon was on the way. Unfortunately, our heat exchanger was cracked and he showed us where it was leaking out with bubbles. They were able to replace the furnace quickly and the crew was excellent. Have referred already to a few neighbors and will continue to do so. Thank you to the whole crew for taking care of us and making sure our home is safe!

Absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. Our AC went out just as things started heating up this year. We called and Simply Mechanical sent someone out quickly. We were told exactly what was wrong and given a few quotes with different options. They were back to install our new unit in a week. Simply Mechanical put in an AC unit into our 1903 craftsman recently. And it definitely wasn't an easy task; especially getting ductwork into our attic space. Many other companies said it wasn't possible and we'd need to spend out the you know what for a ductless system. Simply Mechanical said we've got this and quoted us a great price!
